BeneTrust is an insurance agency that works with brokers and companies to provide coverage through multiple insurance companies, products and services. Our approach is simple. Our primary goal is to deliver options that will save our clients money. We monitor the market, constantly looking for products, services and strategies that give our clients the best benefits package at a price they are happy with. Our Leadership
The BeneTrust founder, Mike Kovaleski, has been in the Employee Benefit marketplace for over 30 years. Throughout his career, Mike has written and serviced hundreds of group insurance plans. From self-funded medical plans to a wide array of fully insured group and voluntary benefits, his account service reputation has always been the key to his success.
Mike's Background
A lifelong resident of Indiana, Mike grew up in New Castle and graduated from The University of Notre Dame in 1987 with a degree in business and economics. Mike also played football there and was a 4 year starter at linebacker, Captain of Hall of Fame Coach - Lou Holtz' first Irish team in 1986 and currently is ranked 7th on the all-time tackle list. After graduation, Mike played part of one season in the NFL, but could not wait to put his college degree to work and jumped into the employee benefits business in 1988. Mike worked the past 30 years for 4 different Third Party Administrators (TPA), specializing in self-funded employee benefit plans. Although Mike loves the insurance business, he considers being a husband and father his most important job.
